Technical Support / Customer Service Representative Required for South Dublin – Salary €25 – €30k per annum

Job Description
  • Proven technical support / customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as attention to detail are essential
  • Proven technical support (troubleshooting and problem solving) experience in a similar environment is vital
  • Strong IT skills and a good understanding surrounding the fundamentals of apps and app stores is necessary
  • Computer proficiency; knowledge of Apple Mac OS, iOS, Android and Windows 10 essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to converse in a confident and friendly manner
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively on a day-to-day basis
  • Assist Sales Operations with on-boarding and ongoing management of institutional accounts as required
  • Generate monthly reporting for sales team members
  • Participate in research and implementation of marketing campaign
